I think everyone feels like that sometimes,...Amen. I think everyone feels like that sometimes, probably because, as you rightly point out, we can't do this perfectly. It's why I would never want to be a parent without the gospel of grace. The gospel for them, which holds the only power to save their young and fragile and needy hearts; and the gospel for me, which comes alongside me even when I constantly flub things and which sanctifies me through it.
